Spicy indomie with fried peppered snail. I basically added half a teaspoon of every kind of dry pepper on my spice tray to one packet of indomie. Including the pepper from the indomie packet, I added Suya pepper (a combination of various peppers, ground dry ginger and ground roasted peanuts which have had their oil extracted), ogbomosho pepper and this really fragrant and hot pepper called Senegal pepper (in the market I just ask for ‘scenting’ yes I said scenting pepper). I then tossed the noodles in the pan where I heated the snails to pick up the left over pepper. It was ridiculously hot!
