So before this long hiatus, I took a week of for my cousin’s wedding in Kenya. It was a beautiful wedding that gave me a chance to eat some lovely Kenyan foods.

And some truly bizarre foods, can someone please tell me what ugali balls are?
I wouldn’t be me if I did not try the sushi which was so amazing, that I got angry at Nigeria all over again for the general lack of sushi.
I’m told I had other stuff at “the legend” but apparently two sambucas (if that was what they were) and I lose the ability to take pictures but luckily my powers of karaoke remained intact.
Lots of home cooked meals.
Chevda and possibly the best fresh juice in the world, ‘passion fruit and tomato.’
And don’t forget the delicious wedding cake! All in all an wonderful trip.
