    Today, I present unpounded-pounded yam (it’s called pounded yam, but my generation mostly makes PY using flour… We lack the upper body strength of our ancestors… And also the time) and while nothing beats actual pounded yam, the flour version ain’t half bad.
    The side is a combination of plain okra and chicken stew. I may have poured the chicken stew, a little over zealously but there is okra somewhere under it…I think.
