Its been been a while, hope everyone is okay. Since it is a well established fact that I will eat egusi with anything, I’m returning with a light mix of egusi and plantain and a delicious crunchy green apple.
I’m working on shortcut in the moi moi making process. FOR SCIENCE! So far the results are edible but less than ideal, but I ain’t no quitter. I masked my moi moi shame with some delicious fried plantain and asun (Goat meat) also a delicious red apple
